goodies ...

thanks to my friend megan's post, i ran over to my local zurcher's party store, and picked my up some darling goodie bags. 

i snapped a few photos with my phone, so you could see that they have a pretty nice selection of cute paper bags, striped paper straws, and even a cute selection of bakers twine! (i picked up some black and white twine to add to the collection, i may have every color now, wink) 
i'm sure you can find all of this online on etsy, but sometimes it's nice to know you can pick some up at the drop of a hat, just because.

justin's nut butter ...

no surprise that i am a sucker for good packaging.

that is why while at the grocery store a little while back i picked up some justin's nut butter. pretty much based solely on the packaging.

but, lucky me, it was really good!

i love all their unique flavors!

csn stores ...

i was recently contacted by csn stores to review one of their products. i am a huge fan of their stores! (they have over 200!) they sell anything from cheap bedroom furniture, to amazing rugs, to childrens car seats, you name it, and all at great prices and with free shipping!

i think i'll have a hard time choosing which product i want to review since there are so many options.

here are a few items i wouldn't mind...

but ... i have also been looking for a new rug for under my kitchen table. this black contemporary cheveron strip rug is nice.

my little norah actually got this darling retro kidkraft kitchen for her birthday this year, but i thought it was interesting that it is available from the csn stores. and, just a hint, if you are planning on getting something like this for christmas, get it NOW. it was sold out everywhere last christmas when i tried to order it.

i've also been thinking about getting this melissa and doug barn set for the kids for christmas.

wow! i had no idea that the csn stores had so many options. (p.s. they even have halloween costumes...)

looks like i have a big decision to make.

reusable bags ...

i've come across these little reusable bags, by graze organic in a few magazines i've read lately.

they are a great way to cut down on plastic bag waste. when they are dirty, you simply throw them in the wash and reuse. plus, they're hand silk screened!

rice...

wow! i am blown away by the kitchen products found at danish company rice i came across via decor 8.

these bright colors make me happy. would definitely liven up any kitchen!

pleasing to the eye...

i'm a big fan of watkins products, especially their spices. but, to be honest. it's their packaging that gets me. i'm REALLY susceptable to nice packaging. and, it always helps when they have nice products. i'll tell ya, my cinnamon never looked so good!

i love that their spices are in tins. because 1] they are really pretty tins, and 2] it helps keep the spices longer if they are not in any direct light.

other yummy products include their apothacary line + cleaning products.

delight...

i came across delight.com via the hostess blog and i just loved some of their products!

mainly the koi water pitcher

and, the chip cheery container set. makes me want to have leftovers.

The Greatest Eyelash Curler EVER!

I know I already mentioned this in my interview on YOUR HEART OUT.. but, it really is a favorite of mine.

I just LOVE the Shu Uemura Eyelash curler. I've been using them for over 6 years. I know they are pricey, but well worth it... unless you are born with amazing eyelashes... which I wasn't.
