ikea shelves...

i came across this great photo pool on flickr called ikea shelves. i love all the cute ideas on how people have used their shelves they've bought from ikea. i'm going to buy an expedit shelf for our basement to store toys, books, etc, but i'm trying to decided on the 4 cube, by 4 cube one... or the 5 cube by 5 cube one. any thoughts?

i can't tell you how obsessed i am about white kitchens. i think my husband is beyond sick of me talking about it. here's a few of my favs from house beautiful's, best of white kitchens slideshow i saw on stephmodo. it made my morning!

mae mougin...

i fell in love with these cute salt, pepper, and butter ceramic stamped dishes that i spotted in may's domino issue. they are darling, and handmade, by ceramic artist mae mougin.
