headbands...

i have received so many questions on where i get my headbands for little norah.

i have attempted to make a few, but all the really cute ones i have bought from my friend ann's etsy shop called lou and lee. her shop has been closed the last few months since she just welcomed a new little one too, but good news! she just re-opened her shop today. there might not be as much in stock for a little bit as she eases back into opening her shop, so get them while you can!

keeping busy...

these two have been keeping me a bit busy these days...

but, i promise i'll be back to blogging soon. i have a lot to share about some fun projects i've been working on. and, i hope to get the finishing touches to little n's nursery done soon so i can share that. 'til then. ta ta. but, know, i've kinda missed this while blogging world. hope to be back soon! i'm determined to soak up the last bit of summer [i feel like i missed the whole thing!]

grilled peaches ...

Peach season is finally here!  I feel like shouting it from the roof tops!  I just love fresh local peaches!  There is nothing better than biting into a fresh juicy peach!

The other night, while grilling I decided to throw on a few peaches and I am so glad I did.  Pair them with a little ice cream, man I thought I was in heaven!  Give it a try next time you have the grill on!

{Grilled Peaches}

Peaches
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon

Cut peaches in half sprinkle with a little brown sugar and cinnamon.  Place on grill, cut sides down and grill until cooked and soft [about 15-20 minutes].  Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

baby girl...

forgive me for not posting lately...

but, this little girl arrived last week and has been occupying a bit of my time.

she couldn't be more perfect! so girly and dainty!

it's been fun having a girl around already!

born july 1st
6 lbs 14 oz
20 inches

and, still no name.... the mr. and i both have a final choice, but it just so happens it isn't the same name.... i'll let you know who wins..
