i'm in love with these steel tube beds i spotted over on ohdeedoh.
we're real close to moving z man into a big boy bed. i'm wondering. could i pull this off? i mean, do you think you could make a headboard with steel tubes? that would be beyond cool!

What about checking into PVC pipe and using a regular bed frame and attaching it to the pipe? It might be more cost effective AND easier to cut and move at home... if you're going to paint it anyway, it would look the same from a distance :)
Cute industrial vibe. I'd just be careful there is NO way his head could get wedged in there. My old church leader told us a story of her boy who got head head, then neck, wedged in a wagon-wheel headboard and she found him in the middle of the night blue...luckily just in time. It's one of those stories that has stayed with me for years.
when i read the word bed my imagination flies to another place.I love the cozy and big bed and enjoy the soft mattress with a boy. All of this after to buy viagra to get the bet performance.
